At ARC inspection Group, we inspect the newly constructed home in the following steps:

Phase I: Pre-pour Inspection

In this phase, our prime focus is your home’s structural  integrity. Therefore, we ensure that all the preparation work has been done properly before pouring concrete. For instance, we ensure that your builder has excavated and graded the land properly. Additionally, we inspect all the anchors and footings to ensure that your home’s concrete foundation is strong.


Phase II: Mechanical rough in/ Frame inspection

In phase II, our team does frame inspection. It includes inspection of the following systems of the house

Mechanical and plumbing systems
Structural systems
Electrical systems
I: Inspection of Mechanical systems:

During this process, we inspect whether all the mechanical systems, such as water heaters and furnaces are working fine or not. We also ensure the integrity of the heating and cooling units of the house.

II. Inspection of Electrical Systems:

This process includes the inspection of electrical wiring behind the walls. We also help you identify,

  • Improper connections

  • Wrong gauge wire

On-time identification and fixation of improper connections can save you from a home fire.

III. Plumbing inspection

In this step, we inspect the proper installation of the visible pipes that are connected to bathtubs, faucets, water heaters, sinks, and other fixtures. Besides, we also ensure the proper installation of nail guards to avoid any leakage.

Phase III: Final Inspection

The final inspection is where it all comes together. We go through the entire home both structurally and mechanically. We can now operate and test all mechanical systems and appliances to verify proper operation and installation. We are looking at flooring and cabinetry and other finishes for the home. This is a very detailed inspection and summary of the condition of the entire home.
