Three Steps to Certification

Apply & verify

Send us your TREC licence number, years of experience, service areas and two sample reports. We verify your licence status and review the reports properly — this is the step most applicants don't get past.

Certify & align

Complete ARC certification and adopt our reporting standards, turnaround expectations and on-site conduct. It's about consistency: every ARC report should read like an ARC report.

Start receiving work

Assignments are routed to you by availability and coverage area. You accept what fits your schedule.

Inspector Network FAQs

Do I need to be TREC licensed?

Yes. An active Texas Real Estate Commission inspector licence is a hard requirement, along with your own liability insurance. We verify both before certification.

Is this employment?

No. You remain an independent licensed inspector. There is no exclusivity requirement — keep your own clients and take ARC assignments when you have capacity.

What areas are you recruiting for?

Greater Houston: Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery, Brazoria and Waller Counties — including Katy, Cypress, Sugar Land, The Woodlands, Spring, Pearland, Richmond and Conroe. Tell us your coverage area on the form.

How long does the process take?

Licence verification and sample-report review usually take a few business days. Certification follows once you've passed review.

What if I'm newly licensed?

Apply anyway and tell us where you are. We would rather assess a motivated new inspector on their reports than filter on years alone — but be prepared for a closer review of your sample work.
